Order a T-DNA line 

T-DNA lines are available to the scientific community for research only and ordering the BrachyTAG T-DNA insertion lines is a simple 3-step process:

Step 1

Fill and return by post the Credit Card Order (CCO) form to:

Please do not send credit card information via e-mail as this is not a secure method of transmission.

Fees are payable by credit card. VAT is payable for all UK orders. All other EU customers are requested to supply their VAT numbers (if provided, VAT is not charged). Customers outside the EU do not require a VAT number.

Step 2

Send your 3-digit credit card security code separately via e-mail to philippe.vain@bbsrc.ac.uk

Alternative to Steps 1 & 2 Payment by bank transfer can be arranged using an invoice from the John Innes Centre.

Step 3

The requested seeds and a Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) for academic published material (no signature required) will be sent to you. The use of T-DNA lines or FST-related information generated by the BrachyTAG programme should be acknowledged by cross referencing “BrachyTAG programme (Thole et al. 2009)” in publications or “BrachyTAG” in presentations.

Fee information

Low volume users:
T1 seeds: £5 per T-DNA insertion line (8-16 seeds)*
T2 seeds: £25 for 5-10 independent progeny lines (8-16 seeds per line)*
* Depending on destination (e.g. USA) shipment in sealed metal containers is required and costs an extra £10 per shipment.
